About the Technology
Counterfog® is a patented technology developed under the European Union's FP7 program. It works by generating a fog cone composed of submicrometric droplets (smaller than 1 micron) that capture and eliminate airborne and surface contaminant particles in less than 1 minute. The technology is scientifically endorsed by CSIC, INTA and the University of Alcalá.
Yes, it is completely safe. Counterfog® mainly uses water and very low toxicity disinfectants approved by health authorities. After application, the treated area can be safely accessed within minutes. It leaves no toxic residues and requires no special ventilation.
